Alafyah earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Brighton in England, where she gained a strong academic foundation alongside a global perspective on healthcare. Her diverse clinical experiences across Canada, UK, and Africa have fueled her passion for empowering and supporting patients in achieving meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Alafyah’s treatment approach combines manual therapy with corrective exercises and holistic education to address a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain and activity related conditions. Her sessions are guided by the fundamental principles of patience, empathy and collaborative care. She is genuinely passionate about helping her patients regain confidence in their movement mechanics and take an active role in their recovery. She values lifelong learning and is currently aiming for acupuncture and pelvic health certification completion in the near future.
Outside of the clinic, Alafyah enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking in nature, practicing yoga or travelling to explore new cultures and cuisines.
She is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati and Arabic.
