It was an honour to have an amazing team presenting at Burlington Hydro’s Health and Safety Day!
We broke up the employees into groups and they rotated to 3 different sessions on: Healthy Habits, Mindfulness, and Healthy Eating. The sessions were interactive and all the employees were so engaged! We will be back in November for more wellness programming and look forward to it!
