My Focus & Approach
From my perspective, the ideal treatment framework is individually tailored to each patient’s needs, goals, and concerns in order to address their specific conditions, objectives, and lifestyle. This approach enables patients to actively participate in their recovery process, yielding long-lasting outcomes. This involves providing patients with education on self-management strategies, lifestyle modifications, workplace ergonomics, as well as home exercises.
My treatment approach centers on manual techniques directly after initial pain management to restore joint and tissue mechanics. This is paired with targeted exercise therapy to build strength, mobility, and resilience, ensuring lasting results and injury prevention.
