Daniella Collini

My Focus & Approach

My drive comes from connecting with clients and families in the community to help them achieve their health goals. Using a holistic approach, I strive to find the cause of symptoms rather than just addressing specific areas of concern which will lead to better health outcomes.

I am passionate about empowering clients to build a solid foundation- through guidance, education, and exercises specifically focused on optimizing posture, core and breathing strategies which will lead to the development of more efficient movement patterns.
