I meet my clients where they are today on their health map, without judgement, but rather seeking understanding where they want to be in the short and long term. We work together along with the High Point practitioners to incorporate movement habits in their daily lives that fit their lifestyle. My focus is on my client’s health-span as well as their lifespan, improving on their strength, agility, power, endurance, aerobic fitness, balance, and other mechanisms in order to move well and safely doing what they love to do. We achieve this using many fitness modalities and education for a safe and progressive outcome.
